Foot and Ankle Conditions

Our distinguished foot and ankle team offer experienced advice and comprehensive care for foot and ankle conditions and injuries. Our specialities include complex bunion surgery as well as efficient treatment for plantar fasciitis. Trauma care is also available from these specialists.

Fractures

The London Orthopaedic Clinic has a number of experienced traumatologists which will diagnose and treat a wide variety of fractures of the upper and lower limb(excluding pelvis, spine and thoracic).

Hand and Wrist

We provide effective diagnosis and treatment for all aspects of hand and wrist injuries or conditions from scaphoid wrist fractures to trigger finger. Our dedicated hand specialist can treat the most complex soft-tissue conditions and our carpal tunnel clinic offers effective and quick treatment.

Hip Services

London Orthopaedic Clinic’s dedicated Hip Team provides a same day* service for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of hip and groin conditions. Our Consultants are internationally renowned experts and utilise innovative technologies and surgical techniques to evaluate and repair damage to the hip joint.

Knee Services

London Orthopaedic Clinic’s dedicated Knee Team provides a same day* service for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of knee conditions. Our Consultants are internationally renowned experts and utilise innovative technologies and surgical techniques to evaluate and repair damage to the knee joint.

Limb Reconstruction Surgery and Techniques

The general term for the treatment of complex, non-union fractures is often referred to as limb reconstruction. We can offer expertise, modern and innovative treatment using the llizarov technique to assist patients who have previously suffered complications to repair bones that have not healed in the usual way.

Neurophysiology

Neurophysiology assesses the function of the nervous system, including the central (brain and spinal cord) and peripheral (arm, trunk and leg junctions between nerves) nervous systems. The London Orthopaedic Clinic offers peripheral nerve assessment through Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS).

Pain Conditions

Our pain unit treats a variety of conditions that may cause back pain including sciatica, disc issues and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Treating back pain is not always a simple process and our experts can give you the best possible advice to manage your pain. Treatment includes conservative optimisation of medication, physical therapy as well as ultrasound guided injections.

Shoulder and Elbow Conditions

The upper limb unit can provide surgical and non-surgical treatment for shoulder and elbow injuries as well soft-tissue conditions. Our specialties include arthroscopic shoulder surgery and ultrasound guided techniques tendon problems. Complete emergency care is also available from our trauma specialists.

Spine Conditions

Sports and Orthopaedic Medicine

We offer prevention, diagnosis and management of injuries and orthopaedic conditions related to sports and an active lifestyle. Our on-site Rheumatologist can help patients to manage orthopaedic conditions such as osteoporosis. We are also an eminent centre for performing arts medicine.
