As founders of The London Orthopaedic Clinic (TLOC) LLP, Mr Brian Cohen, Mr Lloyd Williams and Mr Sean Curry each hold 26.8% of the shares in TLOC UK Ltd. Dr Tom Gilkes and Dr Deane Halfpenny each have a shareholding of close to 4% and several other of TLOC clinicians, less than 1% shareholding each.
