The Foot and Ankle unit at The London Orthopaedic Clinic is set to expand this August with the appointment of Miss Ros Miller, Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon. 

Miss Ros Miller joins prestigious surgeons Mr Rohit Madhav and Mr Lloyd Williams and will support their pioneering work in minimally invasive foot surgery.

Ros Miller brings her expertise of minimally invasive foot surgery to the unit specialising in bunion surgery, complex deformity correction, toe and ankle replacement, Morton’s Neuroma, sports injuries and diabetic foot pathology.

Having studied medicine at the University of Aberdeen, Miss Miller continued her higher surgical training at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Victoria Infirmary in Glasgow where she undertook specialist training in foot and ankle surgery participating in over 1800 orthopaedic surgical procedures during this time. Ros Miller continued her training in foot and ankle arthroscopy as well as sports injuries both in the UK and prestigious centres across Europe.

In 2011, Miss Miller became the orthopaedic clinical lead at Hairmyers Hospital and NHS Lanarkshire taking referrals from all 3 major Lanarkshire hospitals for complex foot and ankle trauma and also for general trauma for Hairmyres. In 2015, Ros Miller became a part time NHS consultant in order to pursue private practice in London.

Ros is an experienced and enthusiastic foot and ankle surgeon, who specialises particularly in such varied topics as minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, care of diabetic patients with foot pathology, and also simple and complex ankle replacement – both primary and revision.
