The Clinic is open from Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. During this time your calls will be answered by an experienced administration team who will endeavour to arrange the earliest and most convenient appointment.

The London Orthopaedic Clinic takes your feedback seriously and if things didn’t go to plan and you wish to make a complaint then we have a complaints policy in place. If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact our Practice Manager, Mandy O’Connor by e-mail. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and it will then be investigated. An outcome will be reached within 20 days and during this time your account will be frozen. The full complaints policy can be sent to patients on request.
