Between 8am – 530pm your calls will be answered by an experienced administration team who will endeavour to arrange the earliest and most convenient appointment.
If you are an existing patient in need of urgent medical attention between the hours of 530pm – 8am or at weekends please call the Princess Grace Hospital on 020 7486 1234 and ask to be put through to Nursing Admin.
If you are a new patient in need of urgent medical attention between the hours of 530pm – 8am or at weekends please call the Princess Grace Hospital Urgent Care department on 020 7908 2144
Otherwise we will do our very best to see patients as quickly as possible within normal working hours.

The London Orthopaedic Clinic takes your feedback seriously and if things didn’t go to plan and you wish to make a complaint then we have a complaints policy in place. If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact our Practice Manager, Mandy O’Connor by e-mail. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and it will then be investigated. An outcome will be reached within 20 days and during this time your account will be frozen. The full complaints policy can be sent to patients on request.
