It’s extremely difficult to get an appointment with a medical
professional after hours and the waiting time in most
Accident and Emergency departments can be considerable
lengthy.

one of our on call consultants. They will be able to assess
your condition over the phone and/or admit you to one
of our linked hospitals for treatment by a

orthopaedic surgeon

. If you do not need immediate treatment our consultants will advise you on immediate care to ease your condition and will ask you to book into a clinic with a consultant during the week.

If you feel your condition can wait and be seen in office
hours then please call 0207 186 1000 between 8am-6pm
and we will endeavour to get you seen by the most
appropriate consultant for your problem.

The cost of a call out fee can vary depending on the time
spent with the consultant, travel time and of course
whether it is on a Saturday or Sunday. Our consultant
will inform you of the charge.  It is always recommended
to contact your medical insurer regarding cover for the
after hours urgent care service.  You will usually need to
be referred by your GP or a medical professional if you
wish for your insurer to cover the costs.

Your payment details will be taken on consultation and
you/your insurer will be sent an invoice accordingly.
